Lecturer information:
Benjamin Eidam has worked in the field of AI for 15 years. As a keynote speaker and business consultant, he helps IT service providers save significant time using AI, enabling them to serve more clients with fewer staff.
For the past 6 years, he has been teaching applied AI at the largest adult education institutions in Germany.
He is the founder and co-managing director of the German AI start-up “Ask Your Call”which automates and intelligently documents conversations.“ His book, ”The AI Key for Companies – Your Access to Artificial Intelligence: Sustainable, Profitable, and Secure,” was published in July 2025 by Springer Gabler Verlag.
