Goal

You'll learn about agile project management with Scrum and its principles. This course teaches you how to use Scrum efficiently in typical project situations and how to ensure successful collaboration. You'll also gain a deep understanding of the role of the product owner, whose primary focus is on the needs of the customer and users.

Online training schedule

		Your trainer will be Mr. Ralf Kirchner be. His training focuses on IT service management (ITIL®, FitSM), project management (PRINCE2®), and agile project and product management (SCRUM). He also focuses on customer relationship management and process management. As a long-standing certified trainer in the areas of Microsoft, Peoplecert and Exin (including ITIL® 3 Expert, ITIL 4 MP, PRINCE2® Practitioner, .) he is an experienced expert when it comes to very practical training and further education in IT service and project management.
		The training described consists of online training courses that are available for direct download.
		The online training comprises 20 teaching units (UE). Each lesson lasts approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
		For your participation, you will be provided with certificates with which you can fully document the skills you have acquired.
		All online training courses are available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months.
		The language of instruction is German. Course materials, content presentations, and desktop views may also be presented in English.
