An IT infrastructure analysis (ISA) involves inventorying the client's IT infrastructure before the first project begins, identifying weaknesses, and compiling the findings into a targeted concept. A meticulously conducted IT infrastructure analysis forms the basis for a mutually successful collaboration and aims to establish a long-term support relationship with the client.
The lecturer shows participants how he successfully uses the ISA app in his company and positions it with customers. 

IT infrastructure analysis (ISA):
