From good to great: the secrets of high-performance teams

Successful team leadership – especially in a changing environment – demands a wide range of skills from managers. These include coordinating different values and principles, recognizing and balancing over- and under-utilization, and understanding and positively influencing team morale. Furthermore, many companies are increasingly facing the challenge of mastering the issues of mobile working, time to market, and agility.

To put it simply, the question is: How do I find the balance between leadership, trust, team self-organization and delegation of responsibility, so that customer-centric action and value creation are ensured?
