  • Processing inquiries and orders in the merchandise management system
  • Close collaboration and sales support for key account managers
  • Review of open transactions, booking of partial deliveries and cancellations, as well as goods receipt and dispatch bookings.
  • First point of contact for our customers
  • Acceptance, review and further processing of RMA requests
  • Collaboration across teams and departments

This is what you bring with you

  • Commercial training or several years of experience in the described field
  • Enjoyment of direct telephone customer contact
  • quick perception
  • good communication skills and customer focus
  • Self-initiative, flexibility and resilience
  • structured working methods and pragmatic problem-solving
  • English language skills (optional)
  • Experience with the SAP enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is desirable.
