This is what awaits you

  • Active sales of managed services and complementary IT hardware in the B2B environment
  • Building, supporting and strategically developing existing and new customers in Austria
  • Identification of sales opportunities as well as cross-selling and upselling potential.
  • Conducting training sessions and product presentations for our partners (remotely or on-site)
  • Collaboration with purchasing, marketing and technical support teams to achieve sales targets
  • Monitoring of sales figures and forecasts for targeted management of your activities
  • Processing inquiries, offers and complaints, including coordination with internal interfaces.

This is what you bring with you

  • At least three years of sales experience in Austria, ideally in the field of managed services and/or IT hardware.
  • Strong customer and service orientation with consulting expertise on an equal footing
  • Independent, structured work style and a good sense for customer needs
  • Proficient use of CRM systems and good Excel skills
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a convincing demeanor – even remotely
  • Willingness to travel within Austria (approx. 1-2 times per month)
