This is what awaits you
- Active sales of managed services and complementary IT hardware in the B2B environment
- Building, supporting and strategically developing existing and new customers in Austria
- Identification of sales opportunities as well as cross-selling and upselling potential.
- Conducting training sessions and product presentations for our partners (remotely or on-site)
- Collaboration with purchasing, marketing and technical support teams to achieve sales targets
- Monitoring of sales figures and forecasts for targeted management of your activities
- Processing inquiries, offers and complaints, including coordination with internal interfaces.
This is what you bring with you
- At least three years of sales experience in Austria, ideally in the field of managed services and/or IT hardware.
- Strong customer and service orientation with consulting expertise on an equal footing
- Independent, structured work style and a good sense for customer needs
- Proficient use of CRM systems and good Excel skills
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and digital solutions
- Strong communication skills and a convincing demeanor – even remotely
- Willingness to travel within Austria (approx. 1-2 times per month)
