  • Processing customer orders in the merchandise management system
  • Ensuring correct order processing and clarifying any discrepancies
  • Communication with customers & suppliers
  • Processing customer and supplier messages via telephone and email
  • Initial review of RMA requests and related customer communication
  • Independent decision-making regarding credits and goodwill cases within the framework of the agreed guidelines.

This is what you bring with you

  • Completed commercial training or several years of experience in this field
  • Safe handling of various software tools
  • Excellent German language skills and communication abilities, as well as confidence in precise formulation.
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Structured working methods and pragmatic problem-solving
