Important new features are now available in our SYNAXON Managed Email Archiving after the update to MailStore version 25.1 (Release NotesThe new MailStore app for Outlook enables direct access to MailStore within Outlook for Microsoft 365 and Outlook on the Web. Support for new platforms is also available: MailStore version 25.1 now supports Microsoft Server 2025 and Microsoft Outlook 2024.
Since the maintenance update in November 2024, the MailStore app for Microsoft 365 can be activated. The configuration file for the M365 tenant is available for download in the MailStore client under Administration → Miscellaneous → Deployment. A corresponding help article with all the details is available in the Knowledge Base available.
Note: For older Outlook versions without app support, the familiar MailStore Outlook add-in remains available. For Outlook versions with app support (Microsoft 365 and Outlook on the Web), the new MailStore app for Outlook is mandatory.
