Many of your successful managed service colleagues use a managed service matrix. We've standardized this tool for you and integrated it centrally into EGIS. This gives you an even better overview of all your services and helps you realize your sales potential more effectively.

Why should I use the Managed Service Matrix?

The more (managed) services you use and the more customers you support, the more important it becomes to maintain an overview. The matrix shows you at a glance which services you are using for your customers.

Does the matrix only work with SYNAXON Services?

Of course not. It's meant to be "your" managed service matrix. Naturally, you can use it with all your services (regardless of the vendor).

Where do I configure the managed service matrix?

EGIS provides a central hub for all your customers. Simply select a customer and link the desired services directly below. As long as at least one service is linked to a customer, they will automatically appear in the managed service matrix.

Function XY is still missing!

The managed service matrix is already fully functional. However, we know that some features are missing. On our SMS info page do we have a Roadmap I've linked it for you. There you can already see which features are currently in development. If your desired feature isn't listed there yet, feel free to add it.
