What is the multi-product discount?
We want to reward your loyalty. If you place multiple SYNAXON Managed Service products with your customers, you'll benefit from more favorable terms. The discount is applied on a per-customer basis. Therefore, the discount is granted for all products/licenses per customer.
How high are the discounts?

| 2 product families | 3% discount on these products |
| 3 product families | 5% discount on these products |
| 4 and more product families | 10% discount on these products |
Which products are eligible for discounts?
Not all products are currently eligible for multi-product discounts. We are working to gradually expand this list. The discount currently applies to the following products:
- SMS Monitoring & Management
- SMS and email archiving
- SMS Managed Endpoint Protection
- SMS customer billing
- SMS Managed Backup*

How can the multi-product discount be used?
The respective discount applies per end customer. For this, we need to know which end customer uses which product. You can easily make this connection in the EGIS customer file.
- Open EGIS and log in.
- Open the customer overview
- Select your customer and click on the platform you want to link.
So you see: it's very simple.
If you haven't yet added your customers to the customer file, now is the perfect time to do so. Of course, you can also import your customers or synchronize them via the existing interfaces. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

We are working hard to continuously improve our products. Soon, it will be possible to purchase certain products (such as our Managed Endpoint Protection or Managed Backup) directly through EGIS. When placing an order, we will request your end-customer data. With this information, we can automatically create your customer accounts in all necessary portals and, of course, automatically link them for the multi-product discount.
