Responsibility? We love it!
How „SYNAzubis“ are carved
Your apprenticeship is the start of your professional life. Choosing the right training occupation is just as important as choosing the right training company. We know that: If we invest a lot in you, we will get a lot back. Commitment, enjoy challenges and enjoy working in a dynamic team? That’s the stuff SYNAXON trainees are made of.

SYNAXON trainees report on their training
Dual study program at SYNAXON means:
Switching between lecture hall and office
At your preferred location – Paderborn or Bielefeld – you will learn the theoretical foundations of your subject area during the three-month attendance phases at the FHDW. Small groups and direct exchange with the lecturers ensure efficient learning and a personal environment. After each attendance phase at the FHDW, you will deepen your new knowledge with us in the practical phase. This will give you a taste of selected SYNAXON departments, allowing you to develop into a real expert in your field during the three-year course.
What you need as a dual student
The basic requirement for a dual study program with us is a high school diploma or completed vocational training. You also have a technical understanding and are interested in the latest IT developments. Creativity and entrepreneurial thinking are also among your strengths. As a dual student, you will work very independently in a fast-moving industry and impress with your active communication skills and independent approach. Conversely, you can look forward to exciting and responsible activities with us – the perfect balance to theory.

An internship offers you the ideal opportunity to get a taste of real „work or SYNAXON air“ without any fuss or long lead times and to supplement your theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Whether as part of your school career or your studies – we will find the perfect internship opportunity for every interested and suitable candidate. We are flexible when it comes to the start and duration of your internship – and of course also when it comes to the content. Apply to us and let us know your areas of interest and strengths – together we will find an exciting area of work for you.
Working student position
The best way to earn money on the side, because this is the ideal way to prepare for your start in professional life. Individually tailored to your personal time quota and based on your knowledge, skills and/or course content, we will find the perfect job opportunity for you. Under certain circumstances and within specific areas of responsibility, working from home is also possible. However, it’s still worth coming to Schloß Holte regularly, because your colleagues and great employee offers (such as our gym) are waiting for you here!
Final theses
Before you complete your studies, you have to write your final thesis. If you wish, we can assist you with your final thesis. We define our role holistically. Starting with the exploration and selection of topics, through active support during the preparation of your thesis by permanent and experienced contact persons, to the fine-tuning of your results and their presentation to our Executive Board – we are always at your side (although not entirely altruistically. We want to use your thesis to implement the results and recommendations in SYNAXON practice).
