That’s why we founded SYNAXON more than 30 years ago and have been stubbornly pursuing one overriding goal ever since: we want to make things easier. For our partners, who become even more successful in the market with our services. For manufacturers and suppliers who discover completely new target groups with us. For our employees, who can decide anew every day when, where and how they work. Of course, you can hold your own in the IT industry on your own, no question about it. But why should you do that?

What makes us a game changer for IT service providers is our service portfolio. What makes us a game changer as a company is our approach. It’s the paths we take and how we take them. Nothing is scarier for us than the words: „It’s always been like this“. Because that doesn’t mean it has to stay that way! We are driven by curiosity, like to break with the traditional and are not afraid of failure. What seems too bold and ambitious to others is just daring enough for us. We make it happen.

SYNAXON is diverse – in what we do, how we do it and who we are. Inhuman radicalism has no place with us. But every form of openness does. We want to create more (free) spaces for togetherness, creativity, independence and productivity. We designed the SYNAXON headquarters with this in mind: bright, open and flexible. There is plenty of space for collaborative work, productive meetings and independent decision-making. We meet in the cafeteria for a break together, can work out in the in-house gym, discuss things in the fireplace room and brainstorm in the library. Want a little insight?

It would be a laugh if our services were only a game changer for system houses in the German IT market! That’s how we made the decision to expand internationally and have been represented in the UK since 2015. Our UK team is a diverse bunch of industry experts who believe that all IT system houses can benefit from our portfolio in some way. Borders don’t stop us, as the team works remotely and is spread across Germany and the UK.
