For us, it makes no difference whether you sit at the table with us as a partner, employee, manufacturer or supplier. We disclose our expectations in the form of the SYNAXON mission statement and describe how we see the world, who we are, what we think and what sets us apart from other companies. If you now think that this is just another string of generic phrases: Wrong! Our mission statement has been the collective work of all SYNAXON employees since 1994. Everyone can and should add their two cents and play an active role in shaping it.

… and why we exist
We don’t just sell IT services. We create more than just profit for our partners and their customers. With our services, we enable as many people as possible to pursue creative, fulfilling and meaningful work from which they can make a good living. We want to actively promote the democratization of the economy. Digitalization is making more and more technologies available to small companies that were previously only available to large corporations. This massively increases the competitiveness of small businesses.
… and why we organize a network
Of course you can master the IT market on your own – but why should you? Our partners decide for themselves how closely we work together. But this much is certain: if we buy together, we get better conditions. If we invest in a marketing campaign together, we get highly efficient online marketing. If we share our knowledge within the network, we all learn more. And when we network personally, we create an environment from which new ideas, solutions, projects, business areas and profit opportunities can emerge at any time.
… and why we love radical self-organization
Just run along dutifully? That’s not our thing at SYNAXON. In fact, we encourage you to take responsibility and lead us. You don’t like our rules, process or job descriptions? Then change them. Since 2006, managers have not had to use their veto rights once. Have a say in who is hired and who is promoted to management. Decide for yourself how you organize yourself and what the path to your goal looks like. Get involved in strategically important issues and set the course for SYNAXON’s future.
… and what we take responsibility for
Good IT is vital for the survival of any company. You can recognize it by the fact that you don’t notice it. It simply works. But that’s easier said than done. Because technology is complex and sometimes quite bitchy. Taming the beast is our daily bread and butter, and we at SYNAXON take this great responsibility seriously every day. We will ensure that the quality of IT support rises to a level that seems unattainable today. Above all, this means: reliable, understandable, responsible.

Together with our SYNAXON partners, we will increase our market share among small and medium-sized companies from less than 10% today to 50%. One question is our top priority: How can we make your IT life easier, more secure and more economical? Every decision we make must be aligned with this question, evaluated and scrutinized. Because the more we live by this maxim, the more successful we will be – all of us: the end customers, our partners, our suppliers and therefore also we at SYNAXON.
