Our mission statement has been a living, evolving document since 1994 – created by SYNAXON employees, shaped by their input, and continuously developed together. … and why we exist
We don't just sell IT services. We create more than just profit for our partners and their customers. With our offerings, we enable as many people as possible to pursue creative, fulfilling, and meaningful work from which they can earn a good living. We want to actively drive the democratization of the economy. Digitalization is making more and more technologies available to small businesses that were previously reserved only for large corporations. This massively increases the competitiveness of small businesses.
… and why we organize a network
Of course, you can master the IT market on your own—but why should you? Our partners determine how closely we work together. But one thing is certain: If we buy together, we get better terms. If we invest together in a marketing campaign, we achieve highly effective online marketing. If we share our knowledge in our network, we all learn more. And when we network personally, we create an environment from which new ideas, solutions, projects, business areas, and profit opportunities can emerge at any time.

Just going along with it? That's not our thing at SYNAXON. In fact, we encourage you to take responsibility and lead us. Don't like our rules, processes, or job descriptions? Then change them. Since 2006, managers have never had to exercise their right of veto. Have a say in who gets hired and who gets promoted to management. Decide for yourself how you organize yourself and what the path to your goals looks like. Get involved in strategically important issues and shape SYNAXON's future.

Good IT is vital for every company's survival. You recognize it by the fact that you don't notice it. It simply works. However, that's easier said than done. Technology is complex and sometimes quite difficult to scale. We face this challenge every day with full commitment. We ensure that the quality of IT support rises to a level that seems unattainable today. Above all, this means: reliable, transparent, and responsible.
… and why we are increasing our business tenfold
Together with our SYNAXON partners, we will increase our market share among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to 50%. One question is of paramount importance to us: How can we make their IT lives simpler, more secure, and more economical? Every decision we make must be guided by this question, and be open to evaluation and scrutiny. Because the more we live by this principle, the more successful we will all become: our corporate clients, our partners, our business partners, and therefore, we at SYNAXON.
