Breaking news – Updated terms and conditions effective August 15, 2026

We are constantly working to offer you a better and more transparent service. As a Master MSP, we want to grow together with you and don't hide anything in the fine print. With this in mind, we have revised the Terms and Conditions for using SYNAXON services.

The updated version of the Terms and Conditions will come into effect on August 15, 2026 and contains the following changes:

In paragraph 2, the possibility of bundling SYNAXON Services into the SYNAXON IT partnership was added to the first sentence.
In paragraph 3, the subject matter of the contract was clarified in the first sentence with regard to the booking method in order to allow the amendment in paragraph 2.
Throughout the entire document, the name was changed from SYNAXON Marketplace to EGIS Marketplace.
