What is femNET? The goal of femNET is to bring the women in our SYNAXON partner companies together to find out how we can empower each other. Keywords: Exchange. Networking. Continuing education. femNET is open to all female employees at our partner locations – regardless of their position. It's about the personal and professional development of the participants. To this end, femNET meetings are held regularly. We cover a wide range of topics: from tips for (young) women in IT, IT (technology) for career changers, topics such as personal standing and self-presentation, as well as team diversity and work-life balance. In addition to these topic-focused meetings, also deliberately open exchange sessions planned.
