Many IT entrepreneurs are caught in the daily grind and have little time to build their own managed service portfolio. This workshop can shorten the path to becoming a managed service provider, as the instructor shares his own positive and negative experiences from practical application.

Frank Neumann encourages participants to take the necessary step and shows many practical examples based on his development from IT provider to successful managed provider.

This in-person workshop shows participants how to build their own managed service portfolio and successfully migrate existing customers to managed services in their day-to-day operations. It also demonstrates which services and vendors are suitable. 
In the workshop, solutions are developed based on the lecturer's practical experience for direct implementation in the participants' own company.
