Modular structure of the audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001

Module I: DIN EN ISO 9001 Training | DIN EN ISO 9001 Preparation and Documentation
The first step towards DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 compliance This training course provides you with all the necessary sample documents for successful preparation. At the beginning, you will work with the ISO consultant to develop a standards-compliant plan. DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Handbook. Afterwards, all necessary evidence and documents will be presented and processed (see Contents for detailed information).
Individual adaptation of all processes and documents
Following or even directly parallel to the training, you will customize all provided sample documents and processes so that they accurately reflect your specific company structure.
Module II: Document Review and Auditing
After the training and after the independent creation and customization of all documents, these are submitted to the consulting company.¹ inspected. Once these are approved, an audit follows.¹, which will be conducted in the form of an online conference. During this conference, all parameters will be checked and compliance with the requirements verified. DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 noted.
Module III: Confirmation of conformity according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
After a successful audit, you will receive confirmation that you have implemented and are applying a quality management system in your company that meets the requirements of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 fulfilled.

Module IV: OPTION | On-site auditing and certification (DAkkS) | DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
After the conformity assessment, you have the option of additionally obtaining certification from a DAkkS-accredited company (e.g., TÜV, DEKRA, acadCERT, .(.) to have your company audited and certified. The costs for this are specified by DAkkS and are calculated based on factors such as the number of employees and locations. Therefore, this service cannot be offered as a standardized price – you will always need a customized quote from a DAkkS-certified organization! <sup>2

Procedure of the online training courses

		Your DIN EN ISO 9001 consultant | Nina Ben Yagoub Ms. Ben Yagoub will guide you through the entire certification process. She will conduct the training and review the documentation. Ms. Ben Yagoub is also involved in the audit that leads to the confirmation of conformity. As a certified quality manager, Ms. Ben Yagoub has been supporting many companies for years in the practical introduction and maintenance of a quality management system. She has extensive experience in all areas of quality management and ensures that the companies she supports build a vibrant and practical quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Here is a brief overview of your qualifications: Qualification as a quality manager through TAW Cert Qualification as an AZAV officer through CERTQUA Qualification as a quality manager through the TÜV Süd Academy Data Protection Officer and Occupational Safety Specialist
		The described training consists of online training courses that are directly available to you.
		The online training comprises a total of 20 teaching units (TU). The duration of each teaching unit (TU) is approximately 35-60 minutes.
		A certificate of attendance is provided for each lesson. This serves as complete documentation of the acquired skills. Furthermore, you will receive a summary certificate upon completion of the training.
		All online training courses are available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months.
		The language of instruction is German. Accompanying teaching materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be displayed in English.
