		Frau Carola Sieling ist Spezialistin auf dem Gebiet des IT- und Internetrechts. Sie beherrscht nicht nur das Handwerkszeug einer Rechtsanwältin, sondern verfügt über ausgezeichnete technische Kenntnisse, die für eine rechtliche Beratung im IT-Recht unablässig sind. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen im IT-Recht, Internetrecht, Wettbewerbsrecht, Markenrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutzrecht, Urheberrecht, Vertragsrecht und das Recht der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Neben Ihrer Tätigkeit als Fachanwältin für Informationstechnologierecht ist sie Dozentin an der Nordakademie und Datenschutzbeauftragte.
		The training described consists of online training courses that are available for direct download.
		Die Online-Ausbildung umfasst in Summe vier Unterrichtseinheiten (UE). Each lesson lasts approximately 45 – 60 minutes.
		A certificate of participation is provided for each training unit. This serves as comprehensive proof of the skills acquired. You will also receive a summary certificate upon completion of the training.
		All online training courses are available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months.
		The language of instruction is German. Course materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be presented in English.
