Exchange Online for Microsoft 365 Administrators

Goal

The aim of the training is to enable participants to securely administer Exchange Online in Microsoft 365, to professionally manage user and mailbox structures, and to independently implement basic security, policy, and mail flow settings.

Requirement

• Basic knowledge of Windows and network technologies
• Prior experience with Microsoft 365 or the administration of cloud services
• Knowledge of email/messaging systems or SMTP mail flow is advantageous.

Procedure of the online training courses

		The described training consists of online sessions in which you can participate live. Since all sessions are conducted live, technical difficulties and therefore short-notice cancellations of individual training units may occur. Interruptions due to illness (trainer/moderator) are also possible. Should such an interruption occur, the training will be continued at a later date, which may lead to an extension of the training period. Please take this into account when planning your schedule.
		The online training comprises a total of at least 12 teaching units (TU). The duration of each teaching unit (TU) is approximately 45-60 minutes.
		A certificate of attendance is provided for each lesson. This serves as complete documentation of the acquired skills. Furthermore, you will receive a summary certificate upon completion of the training.
		All online training sessions are recorded and made available for download in .MP4 format for at least six months shortly after completion.
		The language of instruction is German. Accompanying teaching materials, presentations, and desktop views may also be displayed in English.
