A well-functioning technician management system is one of the keys to the sustainable economic success of an IT company and contributes significantly to the satisfaction of employees and customers. Technician management is an ongoing process and requires constant (further) development and adaptation.
In this seminar, you will reflect on your current technician management in a retrospective format and identify strengths and weaknesses within your system. Through input from the instructor and exchange with other participants, you will uncover potential within your system and be able to implement it directly.
Structure & Process
Module 1:
- Brief presentation of the different models of technician control (1 hour)
- Retrospective: Identifying strengths, weaknesses and potential of one's own technician management (1 hour)
- Clustering topics from the retrospective (15 minutes)
- Breakout session: What works really well for me? (15 minutes, 3-4 people)

- Leadership in technician management: Challenges and different positions of team leaders
- Roles and skills in technician management
- Best practices from the systems integration sector
- Breakout session: What potential lies in my actions?

Lecturer
Kristin Dethloff is the managing director, consultant, and trainer of UBEGA GmbH. She has been closely associated with IT system houses since 2012.
Until the end of 2017, the business administration graduate worked for the Berlin-based systems house NETFOX AG, where she gained extensive experience and a deep appreciation for the systems house business from many perspectives. Since then, Kristin Dethloff has been supporting IT companies in developing processes and organizational structures. As a trainer, she combines practical experience with communication expertise, equipping her participants with practical and readily applicable communication tools.
