Benjamin Eidam has worked in the field of AI for 15 years. As a keynote speaker and business consultant, he helps IT service providers save significant time using AI, enabling them to serve more clients with fewer staff.
For the past 6 years, he has been teaching applied AI at the largest adult education institutions in Germany.
Er ist Gründer und Mitgeschäftsführer des deutschen KI-Start-Ups “Ask Your Call”, welches Gesprächsdokumentation automatisiert und intelligent macht. Sein Buch “Der KI-Schlüssel für Unternehmen – Ihr Zugang zu Künstlicher Intelligenz: nachhaltig, profitabel und sicher” erschien im Juli 2025 beim Springer Gabler Verlag.
