Cemal Osmanovic

Cemal Osmanovic, born in 1958, married with two children, ran a successful IT services company for eleven years after completing his studies and has also supported numerous IT companies as a consultant and business coach since 1994. He sold the company in 1999. Together with his co-managing director Rüdiger Sievers, he developed the iTeam system house group into the largest corporate network in the IT industry by the end of 2008, with a total of more than 330 locations and 9,000 employees.

Since the turn of the year 2008/2009, he has focused even more strongly on his core areas: training, development, and coaching people. With this goal in mind, Cemal Osmanovic founded smile2 GmbH as a platform for a network of people seeking sustainable development.

Between 1994 and today, he has trained more than 20,000 people on the topic of "personal success goals" and is considered one of the most competent specialists on the topic of goals and their consistent, successful implementation.
