Holger Kämmerer has been a fixture in the IT market for over 25 years with his systems house, ATD GmbH. Since 2010, he has also been a passionate consultant and trainer, focusing on entrepreneurs and decision-makers in medium-sized systems houses. He has completed training in agile management in organizations, bottleneck-focused strategy development, and current training methods, complemented by systemic analysis. His training courses on strategy, leadership, and communication are characterized by open and respectful dialogue – methodologically sound, always practical, and geared towards quickly visible results.
