The group is managed together with the Orth family by the non-profit Orth & Kellenberger organization, which, as the personally liable partner, not only assumes entrepreneurial responsibility but also engages in targeted social activities.

The Synaxon Academy lecturer and experienced IT expert Jedidjah Orth He serves on the board of the corporate group. With his academic background in computer science and electrical engineering, as well as extensive management experience in internationally operating companies, he contributes sound expertise and strategic vision. Furthermore, he is involved with the non-profit Orth & Kellenberger organization as an IT teacher at primary and secondary schools – a strong indication of his commitment to fostering young talent and social responsibility.
