Kristin Dethloff is the managing partner, consultant, and trainer at UBEGA GmbH. From 2012 to the end of 2017, the business administration graduate worked for the Berlin-based systems house NETFOX AG, where she gained insights into and appreciation of the systems house business from many perspectives.

Since then, Kristin Dethloff has supported IT companies on their journey to defining their purpose and corporate mission statement, building and implementing agile structures, and developing and supporting high-performance teams. As a trainer, she combines practical experience with expertise.
