System houses 2026

This year, the Impulse for System Houses event once again proved to be a meeting place for IT service providers with an entrepreneurial spirit. More than 650 participants – including partners, manufacturers, and distributors – came together to network, share experiences, and think ahead.

An additional half day gave the event a new dynamic: more time for in-depth conversations, exciting topics and encounters that lead to real connections.

Artificial intelligence, digital sovereignty, and increasing demands shaped the discussions and simultaneously demonstrated the continued importance of personal exchange. Progress arises where people talk to each other, learn from one another, develop ideas together, and drive the industry forward.

In addition to new technologies, the focus was also on how the role of IT service providers is evolving: What responsibilities arise? How do they position themselves and their businesses within a transformation process, and how do they support their clients in this process? One thing became clear: The direction is clear, but the path is becoming more challenging. As an IT network, we create the foundation to master this change together, with the aim of actively shaping the transformation.

After many years in Kassel, we will be moving to Darmstadt in 2027 – to a new environment with new opportunities and even more space for exchange. While things will change geographically, our goal remains the same: We want to further strengthen the exchange within our network and provide new impetus for our partners' businesses.
