Purchasing is SYNAXON's largest department and the heart of our merchandise business. This is where all the threads converge: from distribution and close collaboration with the manufacturers we support to the successful marketing of their IT products. This involves not only optimal terms and conditions, but also strategic partnerships and the continuous development of our product range.
Key topics in the SYNAXON purchasing department:
- Negotiation of improved purchasing conditions for our SYNAXON partner companies via our EGIS purchasing platform.
- Purchase and sale of our own product range through SYNAXON Projekt- und Handels GmbH.
- Supporting major manufacturers in the industry and negotiating (international) contracts.
- Management of article groups on our purchasing platform EGIS.
- Consulting on the portfolio or products of a specific manufacturer in order to provide our partners with competent support for special technical requirements.
Our subsidiary einsnulleins is a systems house offering managed services for medium-sized companies throughout Germany. If you have a passion for technology and a passion for working with people, you've come to the right place!

- First- and second-level customer support for all IT issues via our service hotline or remote access software; coordination of manufacturer support if required.
- Solving particularly complex customer problems as well as onboarding and advising new customers for their existing IT infrastructure in third-level support.
Attention financial experts and accountants: The scope of our finance department includes more than just traditional tasks such as accounting, reporting, and controlling!

Our marketing department is structured like an agency, developing and implementing appropriate advertising measures for each SYNAXON department as well as for our partners. Our tasks are diverse and fast-paced.

- Brand cooperations IT-SERVICE.NETWORK and PC-SPEZIALIST: Development of advertising measures for the positive business development of our partners.
- Channel Marketing: Marketing SYNAXON and our services through the creation of advertising measures that we offer to manufacturers and suppliers, as well as employer marketing.
- Design team: Our creative minds ensure that all ideas find the right framework – whether in print, web, or video format.
The staff department is primarily the extended arm of the board and thus has a finger on almost all of SYNAXON's important projects – it never gets boring here!

- Executive Assistants: Support all projects outside of day-to-day business. Executive Assistants continually familiarize themselves with new topics and coordinate cross-departmental projects in the areas of organization, leadership, and strategy.
- Human Resources: Our human resources team is dedicated to finding new colleagues to ensure SYNAXON's continued success. At the same time, we also strive to train and develop our newly acquired specialists and offer them appropriate career opportunities.
- Legal: When drafting our contracts with our distributors and partner agreements, individual agreements are negotiated on a daily basis. At the same time, our legal department is the first point of contact for questions regarding data protection, copyright, and labor law.
Our partner support teams are responsible for ensuring that our SYNAXON partners feel comfortable and comfortable with us, and make the most of the benefits of their partnership. To provide the right level of support, we have two partner support teams – one for SYNAXON partners and one for PC-SPEZIALIST and IT-SERVICE.NETWORK partners:

- SYNAXON Partner: As a SYNAXON partner, IT service providers and system houses have access to a comprehensive service package. Partner support provides support and assistance in implementing all these advantages – and, of course, also in the event of any problems.
- PC-SPEZIALIST and IT-SERVICE.NETWORK: For partners who use one of our marketing partnerships in addition to their SYNAXON partnership, we offer dedicated partner support. This supports our partners in implementing additional marketing services.
The SYNAXON Academy hosts hundreds of large and small events throughout the year, where our partner companies can further their education and network with each other. The SYNAXON Academy thus creates significant added value for our SYNAXON partners – because continuing education and mutual exchange are essential for system houses and IT service providers!
Key events at the SYNAXON Academy:
- Organization of face-to-face events (small events as well as large events with up to 700 participants in total).
- Organization of online events: Since the Corona pandemic, we have regularly brought together several hundred participants virtually.
- In addition to our organizational talent, our moderators are also indispensable. They aren't afraid to be on stage and guide each event with skill. They also ensure that our events' content is up to date.
Our sales department ensures that SYNAXON grows and remains a strong group. To this end, our employees conclude membership agreements with our future partners. Whether they're a specialist retailer, IT service provider, or system house – anyone who meets our various admission criteria is a welcome partner.

- Research and telephone contact with potential interested parties for the SYNAXON partnership.
- Field sales activities by visiting interested parties and familiarizing them with our offerings.
- Identification of new sales channels and campaigns together with channel marketing.
