  • Returns & Complaints Processing
  • Booking and documentation in the systems as well as creation of return receipts
  • Goods receipt &, if necessary, rough damage assessment (technical knowledge advantageous)
  • Collaboration with internal interfaces, suppliers and customers
  • general goods receipt and internal forwarding
  • Other warehouse activities (picking / packing / shipping)

This is what you bring with you

  • Professional experience in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
  • Safety when using various software tools
  • Experience with merchandise management / SAP systems is desirable.
  • Structured work style, understanding of logistical processes and strong teamwork skills
  • Solution-oriented thinking and action
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in German
  • High sense of responsibility
