Customer Service Representative UK (m/f/d)

Then this position is perfect for you. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to support our business in the UK. The position can be fully remote from Germany. You will work closely with colleagues from our UK and European teams.

- Precise processing and maintenance of orders in the SAP system
- Monitoring of deliveries and proactively informing customers about the status of their order
- Handling RMA and DOA cases and ensuring efficient solutions
- Handling of inquiries via our service inbox and hotline
- Fast, clear and solution-oriented support for our customers
- Close collaboration with the sales, purchasing and accounting teams
- Support in the further development of internal processes and our customer service.
This is what you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or a corresponding degree
- Initial experience in customer service or customer support
- Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proactive work style and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events in Germany and the UK
