- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships – via video call, telephone, at regional events and via social media
- Proactive acquisition of new customers for SYNAXON Services
- Identifying and utilizing sales opportunities as well as cross-selling and upselling potential.
- Qualifying leads from different sources
- Three nationwide team meetings per year that bring variety to your everyday life.
- First point of contact for our telephone hotline and inbox, to answer partner inquiries quickly and competently.
- Close collaboration with marketing to develop sales-promoting measures.
- Coordination with the technical support team for a smooth partner onboarding process
This is what you bring with you
- At least three years of experience in sales
- Passion for proactive and sustainable sales
- Enjoyment of working with numbers, tables and graphs to make shared successes visible.
- Quick comprehension and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics.
- Self-organization and discipline for working from home
- Teamwork skills, self-confidence, and enjoyment of direct contact with people
- Good English skills
