Our mission statement
Where different people come together, different perspectives clash. In our view, however, some things simply cannot be changed. And that's precisely why we've had a mission statement since 1994, in which we've enshrined our values, our mission, and our vision. Of course, we're constantly adapting it, but we take what it says to heart. And if you want to become a part of SYNAXON, you should too.

Do you strive for individual excellence, are ambitious, and want to reach the top? If you push all of these things without paving the way for success, you'll be a perfect fit for our team. This means you should have extremely high standards for your own work, but at the same time, see yourself as part of an organizational unit (team, department, company). We believe that you should use creative freedom when it makes sense, but also follow others when necessary.
Furthermore, you should be willing to develop and educate yourself both professionally and personally. If you think you already know everything, you can apply to be a professor at Harvard.
As a group, we are primarily service providers for our partners. This automatically means that you should demonstrate a high level of serviceability towards them. In plain language: You shouldn't be, but you must be helpful and friendly. And please, in every way. Because within our company, too, we need employees with a strong service mentality who aren't too proud to pitch in and support their colleagues. We're growing rapidly, but we try not to let tasks become too fragmented. That's why it may well happen that you have to perform tasks with us that might have a dedicated position in other companies. But believe us: This is not only good for your image, but also for your soul.
We are a multicultural, diverse, and secular company. This means that racists, Nazis, sexists, religious zealots, or other people with a propensity toward inhumane radicalism have no chance with us.
We're quite allergic to unethical behavior here. Demeaning behavior leads to a very quick exit. We're an agile, multidimensional matrix organization. That requires not only intelligent people, but above all, nice people.
We have a subsidiary in the UK and will continue to expand internationally. Therefore, we require a good command of English for many positions. If the mere thought of having to make a phone call in English makes you break out in a sweat, that's not a good sign. Generally speaking, languages open doors. But your parents and teachers have probably already told you that. The more language skills you have, the better your chances with us.
