Individual training
We support your personal and professional development – whether through language courses or specialized certifications. Together with your manager, you will select the appropriate training to further develop your strengths. In our view, the next step doesn't always have to be a management position, and that's why we support you in developing your professional expertise in a targeted manner.

Management training
At SYNAXON, we prefer to fill leadership positions with dedicated employees from within our own ranks. To ensure this role transition is successful, we offer a comprehensive training program.
The one-year team leader course prepares participants to lead a team. If desired, the two-year "General Management Course" follows, providing comprehensive insights into topics such as entrepreneurial action, communication, and leadership. Upon completion of the courses, graduates often have access to attractive management positions.
Participation in the Academy program
Our SYNAXON Academy offers hundreds of continuing education courses for our partners, many of which are also beneficial for our employees. From small, specialized seminars and workshops with renowned instructors to large-scale events with hundreds of participants, the Academy offers numerous continuing education opportunities that SYNAXON employees are welcome to participate in if they are interested.

SYNAXON offers free sports opportunities, including an in-house gym and the opportunity to participate as a SYNAXON team in company runs in our region.
