Some things are simply no fun if you don't have the right partner by your side. The IT industry is no different! That's why we founded SYNAXON more than 30 years ago and have stubbornly pursued one overarching goal ever since: We want to make things easier. For our partners, who become even more successful in the market with our services. For manufacturers and suppliers who discover entirely new target groups with us. For our employees, who are allowed to decide every day when, where, and how they work. Of course, you can also make it in the IT industry on your own, no question. But why would you do that?

What makes us a game changer for IT service providers is our service portfolio. What makes us a game changer as a company is our approach. It's the paths we take and how we take them. Nothing scares us more than the words, "It's always been this way." Because that doesn't mean it has to stay that way! We are driven by curiosity, enjoy breaking with tradition, and are unafraid of failure. What seems too bold and ambitious to others is just daring enough for us. We make it happen.

SYNAXON is diverse – in what we do, how we do it, and who we are. Inhuman radicalism has no place here. Instead, every form of openness does. We want to create more (free) spaces for collaboration, creativity, independence, and productivity. With these in mind, we designed the SYNAXON headquarters: bright, open, and flexible. There's plenty of room for collaborative work, productive meetings, and independent decision-making. We meet in the cafeteria for breaks, can work out in the in-house fitness studio, discuss things in the fireplace lounge, and brainstorm in the library. Want a quick glimpse?

Our team is a diverse group of industry experts, convinced that all IT system houses can benefit from our portfolio in some way – no borders can stop us. This, or something like it, led us to the decision to expand internationally, and we've been present in the UK since 2015. Since 2025, we've also offered our services to customers in Austria.
