It makes no difference to us whether you're sitting at the table with us as a partner, employee, manufacturer, or supplier. We disclose our expectations in the form of the SYNAXON mission statement, describing how we see the world, who we are, what we think, and what sets us apart from other companies. If you think this is just another string of general phrases, you're wrong! Our mission statement has been the collective work of all SYNAXON employees since 1994. Everyone can and should contribute their two cents and actively help shape it.

… and why we exist
We don't just sell IT services. We create more than just profit for our partners and their customers. With our offerings, we enable as many people as possible to pursue creative, fulfilling, and meaningful work from which they can earn a good living. We want to actively drive the democratization of the economy. Digitalization is making more and more technologies available to small businesses that were previously reserved only for large corporations. This massively increases the competitiveness of small businesses.
… and why we organize a network
Of course, you can master the IT market on your own—but why should you? Our partners determine how closely we work together. But one thing is certain: If we buy together, we get better terms. If we invest jointly in a marketing campaign, we achieve highly effective online marketing. If we share our knowledge in our network, we all learn more. And when we network personally, we create an environment from which new ideas, solutions, projects, business areas, and profit opportunities can emerge at any time.
… and why we love radical self-organization
Just going along with it? That's not our thing at SYNAXON. In fact, we encourage you to take responsibility and lead us. Don't like our rules, processes, or job descriptions? Then change them. Since 2006, managers have never had to exercise their right of veto. Have a say in who gets hired and who gets promoted to management. Decide for yourself how you organize yourself and what the path to your goals looks like. Get involved in strategically important issues and set the course for SYNAXON's future.

Good IT is vital to every company's survival. You can tell it's there because you don't notice it. It simply works. But that's easier said than done. Technology is complex and sometimes quite temperamental. Taming the beast is our daily business, and at SYNAXON, we take this high responsibility head-on with full energy every day. We will ensure that the quality of IT support rises to a level that seems unattainable today. Above all, this means: reliable, understandable, and responsible.
… and why we are increasing our business tenfold
Together with our SYNAXON partners, we will increase our market share among small and medium-sized enterprises from under 10 percent today to 50 percent. One question is our highest priority: How can we make their IT lives simpler, more secure, and more cost-effective? Every decision we make must be based on this question, be open to evaluation, and be open to scrutiny. Because the more we live by this maxim, the more successful we will all become: the end customers, our partners, our suppliers, and thus also us at SYNAXON.
