We use this log data without assigning it to you personally or creating any other profile for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operating, securing and optimising our online offering, but also for anonymously recording the number of visitors to our online offering and the extent and type of use of our online offering and our services.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our online offering. The data will not be shared or used for any other purpose. However, we reserve the right to subsequently review the server log files if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Personal data

You can generally use our online offering without revealing your identity or providing any personal data. If our online offering offers the option to provide personal data (e.g., name, email address, telephone number), you provide this data expressly on a voluntary basis, e.g., during registration or via the contact form. We only collect data about your location if you have permitted the collection of location data in your device settings. The data you provide voluntarily will generally only be stored and used by us for the purpose for which you provided the data.

Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of storage of personal data is determined by the respective statutory retention period. After expiration of this period, the corresponding data will be routinely deleted unless it is no longer required for the fulfillment or initiation of a contract and/or we have no legitimate interest in continued storage.

If data must be deleted due to the exercise of intervention rights (e.g. when asserting a right to deletion or when revoking consent), the corresponding data will be deleted immediately.

Your personal data is transmitted to our servers over the internet in encrypted form. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption for data transmission.

Disclosure of personal data to third parties

We generally only use your personal data for the purpose for which you provided it to us.

If we use external service providers to provide our services, their access to the data is also solely for the purpose of providing the service. We ensure compliance with data protection regulations through technical and organizational measures and also require our external service providers to do so.

Furthermore, we will not share your data with third parties without your express consent. Your personal data will only be shared if you have consented to the data transfer or if we are authorized or required to do so by law or by an official or court order. This may include, in particular, sharing for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger, or to enforce intellectual property rights.

Contact / Contact form

When you contact us (e.g., via contact form or email), personal data is collected. The data collected in the case of a contact form can be seen in the respective contact form. In any case, you must provide a valid email address so that we know who sent the inquiry and can respond to it. Additional information can be provided voluntarily.

The data will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of answering your request or for contacting you and the associated technical administration.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent. If your contact is aimed at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been processed, unless there are statutory retention periods to the contrary.

Google reCAPTCHA

To protect our contact form against unwanted use, we use the reCAPTCHA service from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). This primarily serves to distinguish whether an entry was made by a natural person or misused by machine and automated processing. This service includes sending the IP address and, if applicable, other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google and is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR based on your consent. You can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you as soon as cookies are sent. It is also possible to delete cookies that have already been stored manually via the browser settings. Please note that you may only be able to use our online services to a limited extent or not at all if you refuse the storage of cookies or delete necessary cookies. Web analysis

We use tracking tools to analyze data traffic on our website. This allows us to learn, for example, which content on our website is particularly popular and at what times our website is used most intensively. The tools we use are described below.

The legal basis for the tracking measures listed below is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. With the tracking measures we use, we aim to ensure a needs-based design and continuous optimization of our online offering. We also use the tracking measures to statistically record the use of our online offering. These interests are considered legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your shortened IP address) is typically transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension »_anonymizeIp()«, which ensures that the IP address is anonymized by shortening it and prevents it from being directly linked to a person. This extension means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. In these exceptional cases, this processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes. This data is automatically deleted after 26 months.

On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide us with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent cookies from being saved by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser; however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

As an alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices, please click on the following link to set an opt-out cookie that will prevent Google Analytics from collecting data on this website in the future (this opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain; if you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again):

If an employment contract is concluded with us as a result of the application, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with statutory provisions. If an employment contract is not concluded, the application documents will be deleted six months after receipt of the application, provided that no other legitimate interests on our part conflict with deletion.
