The Admin Powerdays take place several times a year and are the perfect place to support administrators and trainees in developing their individual skills. Various workshops promote communication skills, deepen technical know-how, and discuss sales tactics. Over dinner, the participants reflect on the day's topics and strengthen team spirit.
SYNAXON Trainee Powerdays – Technology crash course for beginners
This three-day crash course is designed as a launch course specifically for IT specialists in systems integration. The content covers a wide range of topics, from hardware and network technology to cloud services, with theoretical knowledge directly applied to practical applications to provide a comprehensive overview. Additionally, trainees have the opportunity to create a shared network of tomorrow's technicians.
Trainee Boot Camp
The apprentice boot camp offers the perfect start to your career and a comprehensive introduction to the world of IT. This includes team building, business etiquette, and insights into the work of an IT systems integrator. Participants acquire a fundamental understanding of topics such as IT security, managed services, data protection, digitalization, and Microsoft 365. Special highlights include the hacking competition and outdoor team climbing.
