Update: Incorrect data corrected (partner billing data in EGIS was incorrect)

Update 11.01.23: Partner billing data in EGIS is now correct

We are pleased to announce that all partner billing data in EGIS is now correct and can be downloaded by interested partners. The incorrect data has been corrected retroactively.

A brief note: We still need to make some changes to the user interface in EGIS, specifically in the "My SYNAXON Managed Services Invoices" section. This change primarily concerns the product name updates (as announced in December) and will not affect the partner billing data itself. This update will be implemented in the coming days.

January 2, 2023: Partner billing data in EGIS is incorrect: An important update for all partners

In EGIS, we provide interested partners with the details behind our monthly invoices as a download. We have discovered that the quantities in this data are incorrect, but the invoice amounts are correct. This data will be corrected retroactively with the next invoice.
