In the managed backup workload model You decide individually for each client which data should be backed up, when, how often, and where. In this model, you purchase the license and storage capacity to suit the client's specific needs. Due to its flexibility, this model is the right choice in almost all scenarios.
The Managed Backup GB model This model is ideal for small end users with small amounts of data. Only files in a specific folder are backed up; all other data is not. This model is intended for applications such as Word documents, photos, or individual PDFs. For medium data volumes, the Workload model is more suitable.
