We don’t just sell IT services. We create more than just profit for our partners and their customers. With our services, we enable as many people as possible to pursue creative, fulfilling and meaningful work from which they can make a good living. We want to actively promote the democratisation of the economy. Digitalisation is making more and more technologies available to small companies that were previously only available to large corporations. This massively increases the competitiveness of small businesses.

Sure, you can tackle the IT market on your own – but why would you? Our partners choose how closely they want to collaborate. But one thing is clear: When we purchase together, we secure better terms. When we co-invest in marketing, we unlock high-performing online campaigns. When we share knowledge across the network, everyone gains. And when we connect personally, we create an environment where new ideas, solutions, projects, business models and revenue opportunities can emerge – at any time.

Since 2006, our managers haven’t once had to use their veto rights. You have a say in who joins the team and who moves into leadership. Together with our SYNAXON partners, we’re on a mission to grow our market share among small and medium-sized businesses – from less than 10% today to 50%. At the heart of everything we do is one guiding question: How can we make IT simpler, safer and more cost-effective for our partners? Every decision we make must be measured against this question – and meet that standard. The more consistently we follow this principle, the more successful we’ll all be: our partners, our suppliers, our vendors – and us at SYNAXON too.
