Collection of general data and information
When you call up our website, your browser automatically transmits general data and information to our web server out of technical necessity. This general data and information is stored in the server’s log files. The following data is recorded:

The data is not passed on or used in any other way. However, we reserve the right to check the server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

Personal data

You can use our online offer without disclosing your identity and without providing personal data. If there is an option to provide personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number) within our online offer, you provide this data expressly on a voluntary basis, e.g. as part of registration or via the contact form. We only collect data about your location if you have allowed the collection of location data in your device settings. Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the respective legal retention period. After the deadline, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, if it is no longer required for contract fulfilment or contract initiation and / or we have no legitimate interest in the re-storage.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
This website uses Google Analytics exclusively with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”, which ensures an anonymization of the IP address by shortening and excludes a direct personal reference.
Through the extension, your IP address is shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This data is automatically deleted after 26 months.

Right to object (Article 21 GDPR)

If we process your personal data as part of a balance of interests based on our overriding interest, you have the right at any time, for reasons that arise from your particular situation, to file an objection against this processing with effect for the future.
If you exercise your right of objection, we will cease processing the data concerned, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the assertion, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
If personal data is processed by us in order to operate direct mail, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising. If you exercise your right of objection, we will stop the processing of the relevant data for advertising purposes.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time with future effect.
