Goal

This seminar covers the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure networking solutions, including infrastructure, hybrid networking connections, load balancing, network routing, private access to Azure services, network security, and monitoring, to provide a secure and reliable network infrastructure in Azure.

Requirement

• Experience with enterprise networks (on-premises or as cloud infrastructure) and network security, in particular an understanding of the following technologies:
  • On-premises virtualization technologies, including VMs, virtual networking, and virtual hard disks.
  • Network configurations, including TCP/IP, Domain Name System (DNS), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), firewalls and encryption.
  • Software-defined networking
  • hybrid network connectivity methods, e.g. VPN
  • Resilience and disaster recovery, including high availability and recovery
• Attendance at seminar AZ-104 | Microsoft Azure Administrator or comparable Azure knowledge
