In June 2026, it's SYNAXON Olé time: We're off to Barcelona! Together, we'll conquer the Catalan metropolis. While 50 partners have already secured their spot through our competition, we want to open the doors to even more tech enthusiasts.

Even if you didn't win the competition, you can still participate! Secure your spot now and travel to Spain as a self-paying guest with the SYNAXON community.

Please note that free cancellation is not possible after booking. In the event of a booking without using the service, the actual costs incurred will be charged.

This is what awaits you
From the June 17th to June 19th, 2026 Our tech event will take place in Barcelona.

Your service package (self-paid participation):
To allow you to fully concentrate on networking and the input, we have put together an all-inclusive package for you:

• Accommodation: 2 nights in a four-star hotel „"Barcelona Princess"“ (June 17 – June 19, 2026). Standard room without balcony.
• Full Hospitality: Full catering during the event period (breakfast, lunch events and dinner).
• Program: Participation in all lectures and guided tours.
• Transfer: All journeys to the program points within Barcelona.

Timing: We will start on Wednesday (June 17th) at 12 noon at the hotel with a midday snack and official welcome. The event will conclude on Friday (June 19th) with breakfast at the hotel.

• Startup spirit: We delve into the heart of the local tech scene and visit the hub where the city's digital visions are created.
• A change of perspective at sea: Enjoy the Barcelona skyline from the water. A maritime view that offers space for inspiration and exclusive networking.
• Community & Networking: Exchange ideas on an equal footing with like-minded people and the SYNAXON community.
• Culinary delights: Discover the extraordinary world of Catalan cuisine in exclusive locations.

Important instructions:

• Arrival and departure to/from Barcelona (e.g. flight and/or train) is arranged independently and is to be borne expressly by oneself.
• Please note that individual parts of the program are in English language to be carried out. In order to follow the content well, a A secure level of English language proficiency Recommended for all participants.

Extension of your stay
Want to extend your stay in Barcelona for the weekend? No problem! You can book and pay for an extension or early arrival directly through the hotel's website. Please mention that you are part of the SYNAXON group when making your reservation. The hotel's current rates at the time of booking apply.

DANGER:
You would like to bring a companion with you WITHOUT PROGRAM PARTICIPATION? 
You can book a companion traveling with you in the same double room on a self-pay basis. Use the following link for this purpose: this link to register.
Spontaneous participation in the program on site is expressly excluded.

In both cases, you first register your companion under your own name. Please send us the information about your companion by May 1st, 2026 at the latest to: partnerevents@synaxon.de – We need the name, date of birth, and any allergies/intolerances or dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, etc.).
