Female AI Bootcamp – Module 1

The 3-week learning journey that will help you truly use AI

Although AI tools like Copilot are licensed in many companies, they remain largely unused in everyday practice or are limited to simple text-based tasks – the budget is wasted without a measurable ROI. A key reason for this is that mere knowledge doesn't automatically translate into skill: A short, introductory presentation may generate "aha" moments, but after a few weeks, old routines return. Furthermore, studies from Harvard Business School show that women are more hesitant to use AI applications due to uncertainty or lack of access, and consequently fall systematically behind.

That's what we want to change with this AI Bootcamp.
This three-week learning journey provides continuous support to employees from their initial question to the finished AI assistant. It includes three live sessions, daily support, sparring sessions for questions and feedback, and work on their own use cases and tools starting in the first week.

The underlying principle is the conviction that AI is primarily learned through application within a structured framework, strengthening theoretical knowledge and initiating implementation. The result is fully functional AI assistants and agents, followed by a community, certification, and a network.

The AI Bootcamp provides employees with practical training in using AI responsibly and, above all, meaningfully in their daily work. The bootcamp is not a traditional e-learning course, but rather a workshop format with active participation and the implementation of real-world AI use cases.

AI Fundamentals
Understand the fundamentals of modern AI technologies and assess key opportunities, risks, and relevant tools in a practical manner.

Incorporate prompting and context
Develop effective prompting and contextualization techniques for high-quality results and apply them directly to real-world tasks.

Module 2
Creating AI agents
Create custom AI assistants for a specifically identified use case and
Use efficiently as a team.

AI safety and responsibility
AI-powered results can be reviewed, risks identified, and fair, transparent, and reliable.
Establish working methods.

Module 3
Peer-to-Peer Session
Sharing best practices, experiences, and concrete AI use cases within the team and
develop it further together.

New working environments with AI & agents
A glimpse into the future: How is the AI era changing the world of work? What role does it play?
Every individual during and after the transformation?

In addition to the modules, the workshop is accompanied by a workbook, weekly sparring sessions and an internal community among participants for exchange, sharing of learnings and answering questions.

Result
Each participant brings at least one of their own AI assistants, built and tested for real-world work situations, which can be used directly after the program.

  • 180 slides of know-how to read up on, plus 12 practical exercises that directly relate to your own daily work.

Lecturer
Rebecca Hundschell is the founder and CEO of ELEVAITION Consulting and The Female AI Club. She has gained AI experience in industrial companies such as Bosch, Wacker Chemie AG, and Daiichi Sankyo, inspiring or training over 2,000 people in AI.
