Focus group: Optimizing tools, processes and billing in the system house

The challenges facing IT service providers are significant. New technologies, such as AI and complex software solutions, are an essential part of their daily challenges. This makes it all the more important to continuously develop and establish efficient solutions and resource-saving processes within their own company.

In the "Tools, Processes, and Billing" focus group, participants from across Germany meet once a month from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in an online meeting. A best-practice solution or process from a company's practice is presented. Following this, participants exchange ideas with each other.

Each participant will receive a recording of the respective live meeting with presentation and other documents.

Exchange:
Participants will also share their experiences in an exclusive LinkedIn group. You will receive the link to join the group with your booking confirmation.

Price and duration:
The monthly fee for this online seminar series is €49.00 for up to five participants. Participation in the annual in-person seminar, valued at €249, is included in the price.
Billing is done monthly. Participation begins with the month of booking, runs for an indefinite period and can be canceled at any time 30 days before the end of the next month.
