Focus group: Tools and processes in system houses

The challenges facing IT service providers are significant. New technologies, such as AI and complex software solutions, are a major part of their daily challenges. Therefore, continuous development is crucial to establishing efficient solutions and resource-saving processes within their own companies.

The focus group will focus on the following topics:

• Optimization and digitization of processes
• Tools and digital aids in practical use
• Presentation of open-source solutions
• Best practices and business models of system houses

In this focus group “Tools and processes in the system house”The participants meet once a month in an online meeting. Each meeting features a presentation of a best-practice solution or process from a company. This is followed by an exchange among the participants. In addition, an in-person meeting for all participants takes place once a year.
