Key findings from the current issue:

  • Many IT service providers are planning price increases, but so far they have only implemented them very moderately.
  • AI consulting It enters the price comparison as the second most expensive consulting service.
  • Managed Services They remain the most important growth driver at 57.6 percent.
  • The Windows 11 migration This significantly increases the hardware revenue share.
  • The number of employees is only growing slightly – Efficiency and automation are increasing.
  • Administrative effort and Pressure to innovate They are gaining in importance as challenges.
