iTeam Connects | Women

The group iTeam Connects | Women It meets every 3 months on the first Monday of the month for a one-and-a-half-hour online exchange from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The following dates are confirmed for 2026:

• March 2, 2026
• June 1, 2026
• September 7, 2026
• December 7, 2026

After a short warm-up, we will begin our exchange using the Lean Coffee method.

This works as follows:
Each participant brings topics for discussion. These can be questions, problems, or experiences along the lines of "My best practice approach" or "Lessons learned".
After the participants have pitched their topics, each person indicates their preference for one topic. The topics are then discussed according to their prioritization. All topics that did not make it onto the agenda are added to the backlog and selected for the next meeting.

To give you a little insight, here are a few topics from past meetings:
Trust-based work or time tracking, tools and tips on whistleblower protection law, service contracts in sales, relationship management & different customer types.

The exchange group „Women Connect“ consists of female managing directors or women in leading positions who exchange ideas on current topics of everyday business.
