In this Follow-up appointment for iTeam Talx „Salary bands & compensation structures“ We would like to take a more concrete step and look at how salary bands can be developed systematically.
To that end, we will jointly examine the ERA logic, which is frequently used as a basis for compensation structures in larger companies. The explicit aim is not to transfer the model directly to a systems integrator. Rather, we want to look at the underlying system: How can activities, roles, and levels of responsibility be meaningfully structured and evaluated, and how can comprehensible salary ranges be derived from this?
