Managed Backup Workshop – Preparation, Calculation, Service Descriptions and Implementation (Online Seminar)

Many backups are not optimally configured in practice and are often neglected after setup. With a well-designed managed backup service concept, we, as an IT service provider, ensure monitoring of your backups. We keep the backup software up to date and maintain a comprehensive overview of all customer backups on a single platform.

In the online workshop, the instructor shows participants from his own experience how to successfully implement a managed backup offering with a service description and how to convince both existing and new customers with this new scalable solution.
In the workshop, solutions are developed based on the lecturer's practical experience for direct implementation in the participants' own company.
